Yes, Shoefreaks.ca offers free shipping on all orders. The packages are shipped and packed from their warehouse in Montreal. There are no duties or custom brokerage charges. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. The products are shipped in discreet plain packaging for privacy. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of the package from the date of purchase. Upgraded options are available at checkout for a small fee. If a package is unclaimed or considered "RTS (Return To Sender)" from the courier company for an incomplete address, it will be subject to a reshipping charge/restocking fee. If a package is deemed lost by the courier company after their investigation, in order for the claim to go through, another package has to be reshipped with signature and proof of delivery. As a result, refunds and gift card options are not available for packages considered lost or stolen. After an order is submitted, it is very hard to cancel or modify an order.

Yes, Shoefreaks.ca does have a return policy. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for a size/color exchange, gift card, or refund (conditions apply). Items must be returned unworn, in "like new" condition, and in their original packaging. Clearance items found in the Sale section, Costumes, Pole Wear bottoms, Lingerie bottoms including panties and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned. Return options within 60 days of purchase are as follows: 0-21 days: gift card, size/color exchange or refund. 21-60 days: gift card or size/color exchange. A restocking fee of $20+tax (1st pair) and $5+tax (each additional item) applies for refunds. The company provides a Canada Post Return Label for returns. Refunds can only be made to the payment method used on your order. If you placed your order using a gift card, a refund would apply to your original gift card. Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. These include Clearance/Sale items, hosiery, stockings, panties, costumes, pasties and accessories (included wigs, shorts etc.).
